Purchasing Specialist

Responsibilities
- Identify procurement needs across departments
- Source suppliers and negotiate pricing & terms
- Manage contracts, purchase orders, and documentation
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team
- Analyze market pricing to ensure competitiveness
- Prepare periodic purchasing and cost reports
- Maintain accurate procurement records (ERP/Excel)
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience, preferably in the food industry
- CIPS certification is a plus
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
- Good command of Arabic and English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems
